Who we are
Atlas Interactive is a studio building AI infrastructure and digital products for small and medium teams, based in the Netherlands (EU). This site (atlas-interactive.com) is our public website. For privacy questions, email kaje@atlas-interactive.com.
What data we process
We only collect data you choose to share with us:
- Contact form — name, email address, project type, and your message when you submit the form on Contact.
- Language preference — we store your chosen language (NL/EN) locally in your browser (
localStorage) so future visits use the same language.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or marketing cookies on this site.
Why we process data
- To respond to questions and project briefs sent via the contact form.
- To remember your language preference during your visit.
Legal basis under GDPR: legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries) and, where applicable, contract performance or steps prior to entering a contract.
Service providers
We use a small number of external services to operate the site:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us (may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards). See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Calendar (embed) — the contact page embeds a calendar to show availability. Google may process technical data under its privacy policy.
- Hostinger — hosts the static site files in the EU.
Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and follow up on any engagement — typically no longer than two years, unless a longer retention period is legally required or you explicitly agree to a longer engagement.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data. Send requests to kaje@atlas-interactive.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We update this policy when our site or practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
