Who we are

Atlas Interactive is a sole proprietorship of Kaje Row (KvK 77706250), based in the Netherlands (EU). This site (atlas-interactive.com) is our public website. For privacy questions, email info@atlas-interactive.com.

What data we process

We only collect data you choose to share with us:

• Contact form — name, email address, project type, and your message when you submit the form on Contact.
• Language preference — we store your chosen language (NL/EN) locally in your browser (localStorage) so future visits use the same language.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or marketing cookies on this site.

Why we process data

• To respond to questions and project briefs sent via the contact form.
• To remember your language preference during your visit.

Legal basis under GDPR: legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries) and, where applicable, contract performance or steps prior to entering a contract.

Service providers

We use a small number of external services to operate the site:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us (may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards). See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Google Calendar (calendar and scheduler) — the contact page embeds a Google calendar or scheduler to show availability and book a conversation. Both load only after you click to load them. Google may process technical data under its privacy policy.
• SoundCloud (player) — Create pages may embed a SoundCloud player for music. It loads with the page; SoundCloud may process technical data under SoundCloud's privacy policy.
• Hostinger — hosts this site's files.

Data is processed in the EEA in principle. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, that happens only with a valid transfer mechanism.

Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and follow up on any engagement — typically no longer than two years, unless a longer retention period is legally required or you explicitly agree to a longer engagement.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data. Send requests to info@atlas-interactive.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Personal workspace

The personal workspace is a separate, invite-only service. Separate terms apply there and, where relevant, a separate information duty toward users. This privacy text covers the public website.

Changes

We update this policy when our site or practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
