About Atlas
Technology that serves the work. Not the other way round.
Atlas Interactive builds digital solutions for the tasks that keep coming back. On this website, we focus primarily on tradespeople and trade businesses: people who are good at their craft and don't need another complicated system just to keep everything else moving.
We're interested in what actually happens during a working day. From an enquiry received between jobs to a quote that still needs writing late in the evening. That's where we start designing.
Business and Creatives
Business helps companies organise their processes in a clearer, smarter way. Creatives is our separate space for art, music, research and interaction, with its own online home planned for the future. Both share the same idea: structured worlds with human warmth.
Mission
Atlas helps organisations organise knowledge, processes and recurring work so that people depend less on manual repetition and scattered information.
We use technology where it genuinely helps, and we try to build systems so that the people who work with them can understand, use and maintain them.
Vision
We want knowledge and processes within organisations to stop depending unnecessarily on separate systems or individual people.
So we build technology that captures information structurally, can take over recurring work and remains usable in the long term.
Technology is not the goal in itself. A good system gives people more room to take responsibility, make choices and deliver good work.
Values
These values are our compass for choices, collaboration and execution. Not decoration, but a practical frame for how we work.
- Integrity
- Honest, reliable and consistent. Responsible for quality and consequences.
- Transparency
- Open about choices, processes and expectations, with care where needed.
- Collaboration
- We build with others, not only for others.
- Learning
- No system is perfect on day one. Feedback makes the work stronger.
- Responsibility
- Ownership of what we build, decide and put into the world.
- Practical use
- Ideas have to work. We are critical of vagueness and over-complexity.
- Scale
- What works today should still hold when it grows.
Why make room?
For us, room has no set destination. What people find in it is up to them. Our role is to build, with care, the conditions in which that freedom can last.
How we work
We start by listening. If the issue is small and clear, we discuss a focused solution. If it's broader or uncertain, we propose a paid Werkscan: a review with an agreed scope, taking about two weeks, depending on what we build for you. Then we decide together whether building or maintaining something is worthwhile. Sometimes our recommendation is not to build anything new.
The team
Atlas is led by Kaje Row, working with a small team. We deliberately keep the lines short between the person who discusses the work and the person who builds it.
Oji
Oji is one of our own products and a place to test ideas around knowledge, AI and human oversight in our own practice. An experiment isn't automatically a product that's ready for customers.
