Our intent

Atlas Interactive aims to make atlas-interactive.com usable for as many visitors as possible. Where practical we follow WCAG 2.1 level AA as a guide.

What we already do

  • Semantic HTML with a skip link to main content
  • Visible keyboard focus on interactive elements
  • Form labels and status messages on the contact form
  • Support for prefers-reduced-motion
  • Text contrast via the Warm Geo colour system
  • Alternative text on project illustrations

Known limitations

  • The embedded Google calendar and scheduler on the contact page load only after a deliberate action. They and the SoundCloud player on Create pages remain third-party services with limited accessibility control.
  • Site search requires JavaScript.
