Terms of service
Applicability
These terms apply to quotes, audits, build engagements, and operate services delivered by Atlas Interactive via atlas-interactive.com. Specific terms in a signed agreement take precedence.
Quotes and engagements
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A build starts after agreement on scope, timeline, and payment structure. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise: 40% at start, 40% mid-build, 20% at delivery. Operate services are invoiced monthly with a minimum term of six months after the build phase.
Ownership and licences
After full payment, the client receives usage rights to bespoke work for internal business use. Atlas retains the right to reuse general methods, patterns, and non-client-specific components elsewhere.
Liability
Atlas delivers services with professional care. Liability is limited to fees invoiced for the relevant engagement in the preceding twelve months, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
