How we work
A first call. A written response. Then either an audit, or a full build proposal, both with fixed scope, fixed price, and a clear timeline.
The build takes roughly thirteen weeks. We provision the infrastructure, design one AI agent per department, structure the knowledge base, and ship an interface your team will actually want to open. Then we look after it on an ongoing subscription.
We take on a small number of clients each year. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller standalone piece: an audit, a workflow automation, a reporting dashboard. We say so when it is.
The team
Atlas is led by Kaje Row, working with a small set of collaborators who share the studio's instincts. The practice runs lean on purpose: every engagement is touched by the people who designed it.
Oji is our own product and proving ground. It helps organisations capture knowledge, procedures, and business information and make it directly available to staff and AI agents. Everything we deliver for clients is first tested on something we depend on ourselves.
