Questions we hear often
Who is this for — and who is it not for?
We work best with teams that have recurring manual work, knowledge scattered across people and systems, and willingness to invest in a thirteen-week build. We're a poor fit if you only want a standalone chatbot or can't participate in capturing knowledge and process.
What's not included in a build?
No generic SaaS subscriptions, unlimited scope creep, or marketing websites as the main deliverable. Hardware, third-party licence costs, and external API fees sit outside the fixed package unless agreed upfront.
Where does the infrastructure run?
On an EU VPS, under your management or ours via Operate. Data stays in agreed regions; we document which services process what.
How fast do you respond?
Contact form messages within a few business days. Operate clients get response times per tier — Plus and Enterprise are faster.
What if we stop?
You receive documentation, repository access, and a handover conversation. We don't build lock-in; exit is part of the design.
What does the discovery phase deliver?
After the intro call we sometimes propose paid discovery (usually two weeks). You get a concrete scope proposal, risk overview, and an honest read on whether a full build makes sense.
How we work
We always start with a 45-minute conversation to understand what you actually want to achieve. If it clicks, we propose a short paid discovery, usually two weeks. After that we either move forward together, or we send you an honest note about why we shouldn't.
We don't deliver slide decks. We deliver a working system.
