Bookkeeping under agent supervision: invoices out on time, incoming work registered. In development.
Atlas-Ledger is our accounting product in development: bookkeeping kept professionally up to date under the supervision of Oji, our digital colleague.
The idea is simple. Most administration is repetitive work with a clock attached: invoices that must go out on time, incoming invoices and receipts waiting to be registered, VAT that has to be ready. Oji sees what’s happening in the mailbox and acts on time — sending, registering, and flagging when a human should take a look.
We’re building it by our own principle: first the finance team lays down the way of working, only then does the agent get to carry the repetitive load. That makes Atlas-Ledger the first product where that approach is visible from start to finish.
Status: in development. We’re building Atlas-Ledger for our own administration first. What proves itself there, we then prepare for clients.
