Start with an audit

Why most Atlas engagements begin with a two-week look at what you already have, before anyone proposes building anything new.

A team comes to us with a problem that sounds like it wants AI agents. Sometimes it does. Often it wants something simpler.

The Digital Infrastructure Audit exists for that uncertainty. It’s two weeks, €2,500, and at the end you get a written map of what you have, where the real friction is, and what we’d recommend doing about it. Request an audit if you’d like to begin. Sometimes the recommendation is a full build. Sometimes it’s a single workflow automation that fixes 80% of the pain. Once it was “your current setup is fine; spend the budget on the people you already have.”

The reason we lead with this isn’t humility - it’s leverage. A full build is a thirteen-week commitment. Both sides should know it’s the right move before either of us starts. The audit removes the part of the conversation where we pretend to be certain.

If the audit confirms a full build is the right shape, the €2,500 is credited against the build proposal. If it doesn’t, you still walk away with the map.
